How to send a parcel to us

This process ensures that your catalytic converter arrives safely at Ailit and that you get paid on time for your shipment.

Prepare the catalyst for shipment:

  • Carefully remove the catalytic converter and make sure it is not damaged.
  • If necessary, clean it of dirt and grease.
  • Wrap the catalyst in a protective material such as bubble wrap so that protect it from damage during transport.

Choose suitable packaging:

  • Place the protected catalyst in a sturdy cardboard box.
  • Fill the box with Styrofoam, paper or other cushioning materials. to keep the catalyst from moving and to protect it from impact.

Fill in the shipping form:

  • Before sending the catalyst, you need to fill in a shipping form with all the necessary information: your contact details, the content of the shipment and the bank account number to which payment will be made after the analysis.

Preparation and delivery of the consignment:

  • Please clearly indicate the recipient’s information: name of Ailit company, address and Contact details.
  • Include your return address and consider additional labelling such as “Fragile”.
  • Choose a reliable courier or postal service.
  • Register the parcel and keep the parcel number for tracking.

Track the parcel:

  • Use a courier or postal tracking system to monitor the progress of the parcel. Once the shipment is delivered to Ailit, confirm the delivery with the recipient.

Analysis and payment:

  • Once the catalyst has been analysed, the results will be provided within 48 hours and a payment transfer will be made to your nominated bank account.
